What to expect before, during, and after your halotherapy treatment session?   


  • We recommend having an appointment before you arrive to ensure a chair is held for you! Sometimes, we will be fully booked. Guest must be at least 12 years old. 
 
  • Avoid the cave for the following reasons: contagious due to illness,  receiving chemo or radiation, have tuberculosis or are in the 3rd stage of COPD.   Please get consent from your doctor if you have any serious health conditions.
 
  • It is important to arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a tiny bit of paperwork, use the restroom (if needed), and take your shoes off.  This is important because sessions start precisely at the top of the hour.  Late entry is not permitted so other clients are not disturbed during their peaceful time in the cave.  
 
  • Shoes are not allowed in the salt cave.  You must wear socks into the cave because you will actually be walking on the salt!  If you are not wearing socks, just bring a pair with you.  If you forget, no worries, we will provide disposable feet covers for you.  There are no other dress requirements for the salt cave, just wear normal clothing. 
 
  • Once you enter the cave, you can pick whatever chair resonates with you!  Get comfy as you recline back in a zero gravity lounge chair.  
 
  • The cave is kept at a cool 70 degrees to protect the integrity of the salt.  You may want to bring a jacket or blanket to make sure you are warm and comfy. 
 
  • The session will begin with a quick introduction about the salt cave and Halotherapy.  At this time, the cave door will be shut. All you have to do is enjoy the peace and beauty of the glowing salt; while listening to soothing and healing music.  At the end of your session, we will gently open the door and let you know that the session has come to an end.  
 
  • You may want to drink extra water after your session to help rid your body of toxins that have been released.
